Terms of Service for OG Bowling

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OG Bowling ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Use the App to track your bowling scores and statistics
• Create backups of your data for personal use
• Use the App on multiple devices you own

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Distribute or make the App available over a network
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

3. Pro Upgrade Purchase

3.1 In-App Purchase

The App offers a Pro Upgrade available as a one-time in-app purchase for $4.99 USD (price may vary by region).

3.2 What You Get

The Pro Upgrade unlocks the following features:

• Unlimited session history (free version limited to 10 most recent sessions)
• Unlimited games per session (free version limited to 3 games per session)
• Unlimited ball arsenal (free version limited to 3 active balls)
• Advanced statistics and filtering capabilities
• Score trend charts and visualizations
• Game, frame, and session notes

3.3 Purchase Terms

3.4 Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's refund policies, not by us. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find the OG Bowling Pro Upgrade purchase
4. Follow Apple's refund request process

Apple generally offers refunds within 14 days of purchase if the app does not work as described. We cannot process refunds directly.

3.5 Restore Purchase

If you purchase the Pro Upgrade and later reinstall the app or install it on another device:

• Use the "Restore Purchase" button in the Pro Upgrade screen
• You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
• Restoration is free and unlimited

4. User Data and Content

4.1 Your Data

All bowling scores, statistics, session data, and notes you create in the App ("Your Data") belong to you. The App stores Your Data locally on your device and does not transmit it to our servers or any third party.

4.2 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of Your Data if desired
• The security of your device and Your Data
• Any data loss resulting from device issues, app deletion, or device upgrades

4.3 Backup and Export

The App provides backup and export features. We recommend regularly backing up Your Data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of score calculations or statistics

While we strive for accurate score calculations based on official bowling scoring rules, you should verify important scores independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRO UPGRADE (IF ANY), OR $4.99 USD
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR LOST PROFITS ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, designs, graphics, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "OG Bowling" name and logo are our trademarks.

8. App Updates and Changes

We may:

• Release updates to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance
• Modify or discontinue features with or without notice
• Change the pricing of future Pro features (existing purchases unaffected)

Updates may be required to continue using the App. Pro Upgrade purchasers will continue to receive all Pro features in future updates at no additional cost.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to:

• Disable the App if you violate these Terms
• Discontinue the App with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Pro Upgrade purchases are subject to Apple's policies regarding discontinued apps.

10. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to:

• Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Your mobile carrier's terms of service

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.

16. Acknowledgment

By using OG Bowling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
